This device performs advanced pH control continuously and automatically within sealed piping, and does so instantaneously. ● Achieves short-term instantaneous processing with stable control over a wide range of pH fluctuations. By adopting a static mixer, ideal mixing and stirring are realized. The use of feedback control allows for response to rapid pH fluctuations in the source water. Additionally, with the incorporation of a smooth flow pump, stable and highly accurate chemical injection is possible, from small amounts to large volumes. ● Continuous operation without exposure to outside air. It can be directly connected to the piping on both the water intake and discharge sides, enabling continuous operation completely isolated from outside air. This prevents contamination by foreign substances and odor leakage. ● No need for a neutralization tank, resulting in a compact installation space.
